To be safe, I've listed 14 different ways to die during the game in the walkthrough, at the best time to get them. It's also worth mentioning that the exact methods of death needed for the "die in every possible way" achievement are currently unknown. Regarding the collection achievements - there are more collectibles than you need for the achievements but, as most of them add to the story, I will be pointing them all out as we go along. Technically it's possible to get 100% completion under 10 hours because of a glitch that triggers the achievement early, but I'm continuing the guide under the assumption that this will get fixed.
In total, this game should take you 10 hours to complete (as there's an achievement for playing the game for 10 hours), but I've added a very, very liberal 5 hours in case you're having trouble with the no-death aspect. If you're having trouble rushing through the game without dying, these can be split into two playthroughs instead.
Our second playthrough will be a no-death speed run to knock out the remaining achievements. The first playthrough will be our collectibles playthrough, where we will knock out most of the achievements in the game. Lifeless Planet is a 3rd person action-adventure featuring an old-school sci-fi story & spectacular environments in the spirit of classic action-adventures. Instead, it's a mostly peaceful trip across an unknown plant. Nothing would ruin the atmosphere of a game like this than having a platforming section you had to attempt over and over again. The puzzles are never difficult, the platforming is never frustrating and the exploration isn't particularly vast, but all of these things are actually a positive as far as this game goes. Lifeless Planet is an atmospheric Puzzle/Platform/Exploration game.
